Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Adversary X, a cyber incident tabletop exercise platform operated by Rexon Cyber Security Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Adversary X provides AI-driven cyber incident tabletop exercise simulations for training and educational purposes. The platform is intended for use by security professionals, organisations, and teams seeking to improve their incident response capabilities.

The scenarios, threat actor profiles, and exercise content provided on the platform are for training purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, security, regulatory, or professional advice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Adversary X only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform:

3. Subscriptions and billing

Adversary X is offered on an annual subscription basis. Prices are displayed at adversary-x.com/pricing and are quoted in GBP exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing date.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal accessible from your account page.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

4. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated at sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual property

Adversary X and all content within it — including scenarios, threat actor profiles, exercise content, software, and branding — is owned by Rexon Cyber Security Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal training purposes. You retain ownership of exercise data and reports generated during your use of the platform.

6. Data processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Exercise content submitted to the platform is processed by Anthropic's API as part of the AI exercise engine. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to this processing.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Real World Attack scenarios

The Real World Attacks library contains scenarios based on publicly reported cyber incidents. These scenarios are for training purposes only. Rexon Cyber Security Ltd has no affiliation with the organisations referenced and does not claim access to non-public incident details. All scenario content is derived from publicly available information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexon Cyber Security Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided for training purposes. We make no warranty that use of the platform will improve your organisation's security posture or prepare you for any specific incident.

9. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease at the end of your current billing period. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
